We purchased three birds from Petco. They were just babies...not full grown and have grown since then. That was over a year ago.
We have purchased the recommended better food and they have millet, cuttle bone, gravel mats on floor, and every treat and toy we can think of. They are very happy and sing and chatter. As far as I can see she is the only bird tending the eggs. The eggs are in a little blue ponch hanging from the top of the cage. The poor thing is in that ponch almost all the time. Is she going to feed and take care of herself during this time? And what is the right amount of time to give her with the nesting vigil? Is there a point we need to intercede? Any help suggestions would be appreciated.
